Blade Trinity

Just went out with a friend to watch 'Blade Trinity'. All in all, it's pretty decent for a second sequel and the only movie series that hasn't bombed out with that concept is probably, Lord of the Rings.

As to be expected with all vampire movies, there is alot of fighting, action, and SLASH!! *ahem* Blade himself was the typical leave-me-alone-whilst-I-hack-at-things type of hero and Abby was the hot daughter-of-hero's-dead-mentor-who-just-happens-to-be-proficient-with-a-bow type of heroine. However, I didn't expect there to be a joker-hero who was actually funny.

We've all seen movies where the script writers decide to shove a guy in whose only purpose was to provide comic relief for the other characters. (this person is usually male, fat, and not funny) BUT, in this movie, the comic relief was none other than Ryan Reynolds, the guy from 'two guys and a girl' (previously 'two guys, a girl and a pizza place', but when the show bombed, cut of the 'piza place' and re-aired it, pfft. as if it was the pizza place that made viewers rather watch the russian news station.)

I LOVE THAT GUY! he is so funny, maybe that's why they used him as the joker;

VAMP GIRL: So what's the secret?

KING (Reynolds): Well, first of all your hair-do does not work, I mean what the hell?

Second, I like garlic, and I just farted.

classic.

and I didn't think there COULD be anymore vampire jokes, I thought they'd all... Okay, I was about to crack one. MUST RESTRAIN LAME VAMPIRE JOKS!! NNGGGHH!

In a Word: RR< hot

My verdict- If you want to see hot guys cracking jokes and kickin ass, see this movie. If you was to watch something exciting but at the same time has a plot line, watch the pre-movie-advertisments.

That is all.
