If we sign up as a pinch hitter, are we required to submit two pieces of art if we end up pinch hitting?

What about Torchwood? (or Torchwood instead of Doctor Who?)

Torchwood can be used in addition to Doctor Who, not in place of it.

I figured that would be the answer, I just wanted to make sure using Torchwood at all was okay. Thank you.

But, (and I don't mean to be quarrelsome, if you say that this is how it is, then I'll obey the rules without a pout) isn't Jack Harkness a character from Doctor Who? If I happen to also use other characters from Torchwood, that doesn't make Jack any less of a companion, surely? Do we specifically have to use the Doctor? Or is it more about the context we use Jack in, as in, if he is our Doctor Who character, then he can't be part of the Torchwood team from the beginning of the story?

When registering as co-writers, do we use one form and put both of our info on it or separate forms? (I'd imagine one is more convenient, but I wanted to be sure.)

One form, yes.

Sorry, this might sound a bit weird but I'm just wondering if Classic Who counts as well? *sorry for all future stupid questions*

Yes! Classic Who definitely counts.

Am I allowed to sign up as both an author and an artist?

No, but, if and when the time comes, authors will be allowed to serve as pinch-hitters.
