Personality: To know Enno, truly know him, is to know of tireless honor and duty.

He feels he has nothing in life as he can not live a normal one, and therefore works to better the world around him. However, he is just a man; and therefore flawed. He has terrible internal conflict on acting in a situation, and when he does act on impulse and it turns out badly will lament and regret for a long while after on whether he made the right decision.

Due to the magical gifts inflicted upon him; his emotional depth seems very stunted. He feels things, but in a very generalized and shallow way. The only things he truly seems to feel deeply is loss and sadness; when he fails to save a life, or something is ruined through his actions, he does all he can to repent, perhaps too much, and the burden stays with him far longer and heavier than it should.

His humor is, like all of his family, anywhere from mildly to bitterly dry and instantaneous. Make a remark and he'll have one for you in turn likely before you've even finished. His humor though he usually saves for those that have gotten "close" to him. As close as he will allow at least. Even his family finds him hard to approach at times, and this has worn on his relationship with his younger brother Morrison till they almost constantly bicker over eachother's personalities when both are in the same company.

He is very solemn and seems almost depressed nearly all of the time, likely due to his flat almost softly frowning expression he carries most of the time. While it doesn't always work, Enno tries to limit his words to what's necessary as even he is aware he sounds almost lifeless; with only the barest trace of inflection and no contractions in his speech. This makes him feel all the more awkward when drawn into an extended conversation.

Despite all the negative though, and his own harsh criticism of himself; he is very warm and caring. All he wants is to fall in love and settle down, live peacefully and normally. This is something he has convinced himself he cannot have however, and thus his tireless work. In a fight, he's vicious and heartless; for he has a lot of training in the art of swordplay, and in a serious fight he knows it is to kill or be kill. In this way, he also projects a quiet intensity, very fitting for his solemness.
