This prison is... strange, to say the least. Certainly, it was made to cater to a small population on several senses. Firstly, there do not appear to be many cells, perhaps 24 or so, and secondly, everything here is small, as if for children.
I had read in an article in the local publication in UWV Charleston about this "Wish House" orphanage, and their brainwashing practices. Could this have been a place where this tactic was used? If so, where did the money for such a complex structure come from? And the secrecy it would have to take to build such a place. Quite bizarre.
