I had a really good day yesterday. One of my classes is US foreign policy from 1898-1945, and for some reason the professor has taken a real shine to me. All right, so maybe I like to show off in the class, since this area is my specialty. So maybe on the second day of class I accidentally stole the prof's thunder. I hadn't done the reading in

Heh. This is why I referred to the way you speak about history as "a little terrifying." You can be very passionate about your History. In a terrifying manner.

In the sense that the people assigned to debate against you were probably thinking, "what did I do to deserve this?!"
