So I'm five workdays away from being unemployed but I'm extremely optimistic because so many things are falling our way right now. The house is going to sell for way more than what we thought it would originally and we owe less than what we thought we did on this one. We can also take out $$ after the close on this one to pay for the move without ( Read more... )

I'm really glad to hear that things are working out for you guys with the move and you aren't taking any major financial hits.

I'm sorry, however, that you won't be here for my birthday... or Nicholas'... or my dad's... :(

True... However, I have Nicholas with me the night of my birthday and I don't envision taking him out to party. :) But we'd love to have you over... that Saturday it is possible that Stevie (and his sweet cherry ass) may be coming out. We could have a mini-shindig. And Nicholas has been begging to see Amber again anyway...
