[ After his enraging, admittedly upsetting encounter with Ino and Flynn... he's walking around the City, gathering his thoughts and looking for explanations. He can only assume it was a curse- neither would behave that way normally. Still, the image... is...
With a sigh, he runs a hand through his hair, sword in hand. He's trying to be understanding, but yeah. That's not happening anytime soon. So he's walking around. Brooding.]
[Done with his encounter with Stahn, Leon's on his way to find the other person that he feels strangely compelled to betray today. But it's for reasons different than why he had betrayed Stahn, who was so naive and stupid that he needed to open his eyes to the fact that he was too trusting.
No, he wants to stab Yuri for entirely different reasons. To betray the trust that Yuri had wanted back so badly after he'd stabbed Leon looking like Marian. Was it betrayal or revenge? Perhaps a little of both mixed together. Yuri had put faith in him, and Leon feels like he needs to betray it, needs to make everything equal.
Lucky for him when he sees Yuri walking down the street - he knows that back, that hair, it's definitely him. Time to close the gap between them and bury Chaltier into another back.]
Hmph, you're a little more observant than Stahn, aren't you?
[Slowing his stride, Chal still in hand. Well, he didn't necessarily have to stab him in the back, after all. Hadn't Yuri stabbed him in the front? It would work just as well.]

[ Before Stahn knows it, he's suddenly falling to his knees and -- what just happened? There's a sharp, piercing pain in his back one moment, and then a strange, uncomfortable sensation in the next as he finds his body being jerked back a little with the motion of the blade's withdrawal. Was he-- was he just stabbed? His brain can't really comprehend how this is happening, especially with Leon by his side-- ]
[ There's blood rushing out of his body, and he's already starting to get light-headed, though the pain isn't pronouncing itself all to clearly yet in this burst of adrenaline -- in this haze of "is Leon okay?" He's still for a second, shaky and trying to get his bearings and stand up, palms flat on the hard ground as he pushes himself up, barely lurching to his feet. He needs to get his sword, needs to fight and -
He turns, hand fumbling for the hilt of his sword as he forces himself to spin around and face his assailant. ]
[Leon's standing there, looking down on Stahn with an arrogant face, though there seems to be something lingering at the back of his eyes - regret maybe, but it's only there for a moment.
He snorts, slinging a bit of blood off of Chal as he inspects him and then glances at the wound he made.]
You're so unobservant and you're still so slow. I could have already killed you if I'd wanted.
[ Country Bumpkin? He's like bleeding out here and this guy is just -- oh god, wait, it's that archer guy, isn't it? That guy. Stahn's all pale and pretty light-headed and out of it by this stage, so he's less pissed and more. Confused. And just clinging to his communicator. ]

Even so- Yuri wasn't in the Knights for nothing- and he can sense movement, danger.
He quickly flicks the sheath from his sword and slows to a stop. What a terrible time to not have his artes.]
