[Like many others, there's something different about Michael this week. Most noticeable is that his usual calm, relaxed posture and friendly expression are now tense, controlled; very much like Castiel and Raphael usually are. However, he has a faint frown, glaring slightly at the camera; he's also splattered with blood that's clearly not his.]As

[The post worries her a little, needless to say, so Raphael decides to buck up and do something she hasn't done since the last event- talk to him. She remembers very, very clearly why she's been avoiding him- but even the memory of watching Michael and Lucifer fight from afar and the unique pain in hindsight of rushing to Lucifer's side, of getting Lucifer's arm over her shoulder and healing his wounds while Michael sat alone. Even that doesn't seem quite significant enough to keep her away from him. After all, she didn't know, right? So it wasn't her fault. No point in being a dumb shit about it.

Raphael finds him in the Wastes, alighting at his side carefully and not bothering to hide how she winces and flinches a little from the sight of him. His Grace is still unpleasant to be near. She doesn't know how Lucifer does it, other than centuries of use and miles-thick layers of scar tissue.]

[She's disgusted. What the hell is his problem? Raphael might like to joke about smiting people and lighting puppies on fire, but Jesus, she wouldn't actually do it. The second comment, though, makes her look up at him, a little confused.]
