Why did I even bother going to college? Neither of my brothers did, and she's fine with that. But I decided to, and she should be happy enough with that. It's been hard my entire life, and it's only by some miracle that we've managed to keep a grasp on a shred of "okay." When is it finally going to stop being hard?

As of late I've thought about how I make promises. I'm almost always a man of my word, but in the past I've broken promises or just didn't make any effort to keep them at all.
