6'2" and 176 pounds, and he's about 26-28 years old, I ESTIMATE. Apparently this is actually a healthy height/weight, wtg 07-Ghost. He's in peak physical condition, well-muscled (not exactly buff BUT NICELY CUT). His hair is very dark brown and his eyes are a reddish brown. HE'S A HANDSOME MAN. UHUHU.
Hyuuga's always in uniform! The Barsburg military uniforms have different designs for the seasons:
The cold-weather uniforms have more silvery trim and have the higher--neck thingies (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN) and are more tightly bundled; the warm-weather uniforms have lower necks and the trim is brassy and they breathe more.
He always has two swords with him. Always. Even when he's bathing, they're within reach, sometimes out of sight at the same time, leading to much hilarious confusion as to where he got them. But he will never be without them. The other thing he's never without is his sunglasses! SEE ICONS. He likes them; they're not hiding anything in particular (we can see his eyes on several occasions). He just doesn't take them off.
The other thing he's rarely without is something in his mouth. It's usually candy. He has an endless supply of lollipops and candied apples and so on. EVEN IF I DON'T USE A CANDY ICON, HE HAS SOMETHING. If he doesn't, he'll find something else to put in his mouth.

Habits/Mannerisms/Body Language
Hyuuga is always cheerful and at ease. Unless it's something involving paperwork or you're instants away from killing him, he will never look stressed or upset or wary. He is constantly aware of his own body and surroundings and is eternally ready to take action if he needs to, but he never looks poised for attack or like he's paying much attention to anything. It comes completely naturally to him. He's always smiling and laughing and joking around and extremely relaxed and casual, even when he's fighting or preparing to fight.
I ALWAYS MENTION THIS but. Hyuuga isn't like Dietrich or Seimei. He's not a psychopath who masks his BLACK, MURDEROUS SOUL beneath a smile. When he's smiling at you, he means it. His smiles can mean DIFFERENT THINGS, like "awkwaaaaard" or "ouch that hurt" or "you are so awesome" or "I'm about to rape you in battle," but they are always genuine smiles, not a disguise or act of friendliness designed to mislead people. So he should not ping as "fake" or "off," for people who can sense that kind of thing, even though he's cheerful in circumstances where most people wouldn't be.
Hyuuga gestures a lot when he talks, touches people often, and plays with whatever's in his mouth at the time. His hands are pretty much always occupied in some way, never in his pockets or still. He invades personal space casually and tends to stand fairly close.
When he talks, he laughs easily a lot and uses a lot of interjections, like bordering on every other comment he'll throw in some kind of "Ah" or "Iyaaa" or "Ha ha" or "Wao." He also does this ☆ I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU WOULD . . . HEAR THAT, but he does it. All the time. When he's being irritating, he pitches his voice up a bit and whines. Hyuuga's voice is WEIRD AND KIND OF HARD TO DESCRIBE; he drawls a lot and he can sound whiny and almost cute? When he's being annoying, like "Konatsuuuuu~ let's to go the onsen~" He has this weird thing he does with his vowels and I wish I could upload a clip. :( But when he's being serious, his voice is smoother and deeper, almost soothing. But his voice is really not that deep! NOT LIKE AYANAMI'S LOL. It's definitely a grown man's voice but he's no Ohtsuka Akio or Hayami Sho.
Hyuuga moves really fucking fast, ftr. He's swift and light on his feet, despite his frame and the fact that he never appears as if he's ready to run.
Current Residence: In the underground labs, Yuriev's old hideout, with the Black Hawks. Sleeps on the top bunk of a bunk bed with Konatsu. :Dd
Typical Daily Routine: Stalking Ayanami and avoiding paperwork when he can. He doesn't need much sleep, yet he manages to wake up as late as possible anyway, get ready, eat, drag his feet, whine, take a break, do like two sheets of paperwork, take a break, bother Ayanami, take a break, eat, bother Konatsu, do two sheets of paperwork, take a break, follow Ayanami to the showers, get whipped, cry on Konatsu, take a break--
And so on. Somehow he manages to talk to everyone he wants, too, and bum around a lot, and yet he always knows where Ayanami is and if he's needed. I can't really fathom how Hyuuga works but he has this POWER okay.
Favorite Haunts: WHEREVER AYANAMI IS, the labs, the onsen, wherever people are doing something fun.
