I feel great. The exercise and change in diet are really helping. I've only lost 5 pounds, but can already tell the difference. I'm doing this super seriously. I have a food diary and keep count of all my caloric intake. I have a goal, and gosh darn it, I'm going to do it. I really want to be comfortable in a bathing suit this year ( Read more... )
