I am so sorry you are missing Tigger so much and are feeling so shitty lately, both physically and emotionally. (I am, too, but haven't been writing about it. I think that somehow if I don't write it, the bad stuff is somehow less real.)

What a wonderful cat! How lucky you were to have found each other! I had a very special kitty named Ashley. He was "my" cat, even though he technically was the family cat. Cats can completely tell when their special people are hurting. Ashley was always nuzzling/head-butting me whenever I would cry.

Have you ever read The Silent Meow? It a short book written from a cat's point of view. I think you'd like it, although it's been ages (maybe longer than you've been on this earth in this lifetime) since I've read it, so maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but I seem to remember that it was pretty well acclaimed. Perhaps it would cheer you up.

thank you. i will look into that book, definitely. i'm sorry that you have been feeling shitty lately too. there seems to be a lot of that going around. or maybe that's what happens when your friends list is mainly composed of people you meet on health related communities. hehehe. i tend to not write about how i'm feeling until i really need to get it all out. and even then, i don't get it all out!!
do you have pictures of ashley?
