Well we do that because we want to be accepted, which I am currently trying not to care about. We are concerned because we want them to approve of us and feel normal, yet there is no normal. Because we are human!!!!!!! Now you think about that and Make it a great day or not The Choice Is Yours.....

personally, that is only a problem with people that haven't been nice to people all of their life. for us that have we find that it is better to make our lives off of ourselves and making ourselves happy. it isn't meant to make anyone else happy anymore. it causes too much pain in the end.

yall don't do that choice is yours crap. no one ever takes it to heart and they do make their choice but usually it's the wrong one. people usually go by what people think and conform because they don't know themselves well enough so they define themselves by what other people think is appropriate or acceptable. there is always, like jase said, the pain of it afterwards, of being put in a type exhile. no one wants to be alone...

simply because we WANT to be accepted. It is not easy for us as humans being such social creatures in general to be without that which we crave. able to talk with other humans in an easy environment and interact with them without worrying of what their thoughts are on our dress or if they are thinking something about the house we live in. we stress these things because we need to be accepted by some group, to feel we belong is comforting. to not be accepted is like being excommunicated leaving us with no attachment to this world which is bad because we HAVE to live in this world. unless we choose otherwise.

*sometimes the choice is not always yours by the way, those very people we worry about could make the slightest comment and its not always easy to look for the silver lining in you gray cloud. and if you've seen to many rainstorms you tend to forget to look for that silver lining
