Hey everyone. I have a decision I am trying to make and I want as much input as I can get. I'm thinking about dying my hair black. It's already brown but I think I wanna go black with it.

Do yall think I should? My hair is getting long but its not where I want it yet. So if I do dye it, should I do it now or when it gets a little longer?

Don't go all black. ;) Go for lowlights. It's crazy enough to be different and yet still not all the way out there. My wife's a hairdresser. If you were closer I'd say come over and let her do it.

haha... what is a lowlight? you gotta lemme know what you are saying to do... i may try it....

hehe It's the opposite of highlights. Do you know any girls that know how to do high lights? That's when you get strips of hair bleach kinda mixed in o your hair (not like stipes but a kind of cool mixed color look) low lights are darker dye than your hair color and look sweet when done right.

I agree, lowlights would be so much better...of course, the last pic I saw of you, you had really short hair, but still, I think lowlights would give you the new look you are looking for. Depending on how small or close together you have them done.
