well Americans and scared into buying milk. They have commercials and all this shit that tells them they'll get osteoporosis and be miserable if they don't consume dairy products that are so high in animal protein, that make you lose calcium.

What they don't adverise (yet) is soy, rice, and other types of milk with just as much, if not more calcium. I just drink orange juice with added calcium though.
