I actually was able to get him to get up and run to me.
Still very weak and not out of darkness yet.
Hopefully though he is getting better.

ever thought of reporting them to the spca... i know it sucks cause it's your brother... but that's not fair to cletus.

or maybe if you can handle a dog atm... see if your brother would give him to you.
