I don't know about you guys but I am completely thrown off. I am ready for bed now due to being so tired. We never had time change in Hawaii and it was awesome, I vote we do that here. It was pitch black when I went to work. Blah. Makes it so much harder to function, I am already not a morning person. I was running late, then forgot to take my ( Read more... )

I wouldn't leave him, but that's just me. Pace just went to his first birthday party (outside of family, of course) and I dropped him off for like an hour until Ida came to pick up her hell-children. Then I went back and stayed with him. It was awkward though - it was a German family - and all the other people were German. so basically they sat around speaking German while I sat with the kids. Weird.

So I vote, go with him. Who cares. :) I have trust issues so ... I'd want to go there and supervise ;)

Woohoo for Tae Kwon Do, how old do kids have to be? I'd like to get Pace and Canyon in something like that. How much did all of that cost??

Yeah I have serious trust issues but I thought maybe I am just way overboard, I'm glad to hear I am not crazy mom. lol

The classes around here all started at 4, I had to call around to several to find one I could put him in due to the times. They have the little kids class earlier cause the kids get tired, but it wasn't working with me getting off work and picking him up. So this class is 5:30-6:30 on Tuesdays and Thursday, it's longer than all the others because he gives the kids who get there late time to participate. It cost $79 for the first month and that included his uniform and belt. Then it will be $69 a month, and this place it's cheaper per each child you add. Kinda of expensive, but it's money, I can make more. The other place was $59 a month for classes 2x a week for 30 minutes.

Nah, you aren't crazy. But I don't think leaving your child when he's 4 is smart. I don't know. You don't have to hover over him, keep your distance but there is nothing wrong with going.

Hmmm. I just took Pace out of piano, that was $65 a month. I want to get both of them in something. I guess I need to call around. Blech. That doesn't sound so bad, price wise. I'm sure it will be more here because they like to take advantage of the military, hah.
