man, i just get mushy at the idea of my work being tattoo worthy, even in concept ^^:
you know, i do think that, even if someone thinks they are painful, that they arent near so as bad as they seem to be. with the exceptions for ones under the arms, or in SUPER tender spots, like behind the knees ^^;
I'm old enough to get one. What Place isn't as painful? I'll talk it over with my boi toi (he can hold my hand) IF I decide to get one. Couse the first tat I'd get would prolly be somthing you've drawn. I'd ask first of course. ^_^!
for me, the least painful place was on my arm (upper, on the upper bicep area) It was crazy because it didnt hurt at all ^^;
Although my lower back had a few spots that were like "ooh" it was /much/ better then i thought. my ankles werent bad either, but ive heard its a really sensitive area for some, so that just depends.
Something that i tell people to do or to ask for, is a "dry line". That way, you know how it feels (and usually they'll go for the area of the tattoo that may be the most sensitive) without laying any ink down.

I agree with Delia, her hair needs to be bigger - but so far it's very good, one of the best PGSM fanarts I've seen :)
