I think the baggy look started with people who were wearing handmedowns and goodwill. Why on earth it spread to people who can afford to select their clothes I have no idea.

As for the whole "boxers are UNDERwear" idea, they used to say that about corsets and bras, but Madonna fixed that.

Lowriders are good on some women. The women's buttcrack thing is less bad for those of us who want to get into that buttcrack, but the correct soloution is an attractive under/outergarment. But, one of the things about fashion is that you have to wear clothes that fit your body, identity and environment. Lowriders only work on certain people in certain situations.

And yes, I want to pants the guys in the baggys. Grab, pull, apply shoulder to small of back and run.

I think you're right about the big thing about fashion is you have to wear clothes that fit the whole you. Heck, there's probably someone out there that can pull off baggy pants too. I just haven't seen him yet. :P

I'd pay to see you pants a guy with baggy pants. ;)

Haha. I have to agree that making a law against baggy pants is just stupid, but that wearing them is also ridiculous. :P

Fun entry! I see guys like that all the time in suburban Philadelphia. The funniest thing is when they have to walk faster. They literally look like 3-year-olds doing the "I have to potty" shuffle!

Hahaha, having a 3 year old who just started doing the "I have to potty" shuffle (she's just recently started using the potty), yeah, that's what it looks like!
