I wasn't going to do this week's LJ Idol topic because I need to be working on other stuff and I'm not in the competition anymore, but then I got an idea based on the topic. I agree with you on this. If you don't know what the alternative is, you're just flailing around blindly. It sounds like you have a good approach to parenting, hopefully your kids will become responsible rebels.

I need to take them still. No batteries for the camera. I fixed that, but the girls are in bed, so it'll have to be tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.
