Those who own a Dell computer would agree with me on the frustrating customer service. For those who don't know, make about 5-10 different phone calls to their 800 number for customer service. Guarantee that you will not get anyone who knows how to speak proper English or actually knows what they are doing. Dell's customer service center is

I think I am going to get an HP laptop this time around. I had a Dell and it died on me less then 2 years of having it. And I can't stand their service. Like you said they suck at life. So I figured I would try something new!

yah man...so did mine. My hard drive just oddly crashed after like 8 months. I was like WTF?!?! and all they could say was that I must've gotten a defective item. You know how fucking long it took me to upgrade my dam pr0n collection? =\
