I'm *cough obsessed cough* into MAC make up, and I'm part of an LJ community called mac_cosmetics and also mac_addicts. People pst their looks on there and also discuss various make up problems, so maybe add one of those communities and just watch what people do for inspiration? There are other non-MAC make up communities, I just don't know them seeing as 99.9% of my malke up is MAC i haven't bothered to look but you may like to do that?

Also there are numerous make up tutes on YouTube, I find those by PurseBuzz and EnKore useful but surf around. I just wanted to be better at putting it on so I'd look better, but gradually I got into it and now I'd say it's practically a hobby!
