Tallahassee and Thrift Stores

Tallahassee has an odd dearth of thrift stores.  There are TONS of Goodwills... but other than that?  There are two Children's Lighthouse, but they raise money to force girls to wear skirts and memorize the bible (really very creepy).  There is one I've heard great things about, Refuge House, but they appear to be closed!  (So says the sign on

This place is the same way. The little town where I'm from? 3000 people and 3 thrift stores. Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex? Over a million people and ... not a whole lot of thrift stores. They do have a lot of consignment stores, but they cost a lot more...
