I swear I have to put a cushion on my desk to catch my jaw everytime I read one of Your posts. Sydley I am sure Your Father has a will, least I hope he has, but I am lost as to why this nonsense is going on right now. The man is still alive!!!

Has anyone considered what this is doing to Your parents? How long is it since they saw each other?

If Your attorney has any sense he will be freezing those bank accounts pretty dammed smartly and only allowing Your father to draw on them. Maybe when there is no money to argue about they will show their true colours.

You could also try contacting the Alzheimers association and explaining what has happened here because they also have their own ways of dealing with this utter nonsense.
