Decided to try Maggie Moo on a full 5k walk/jog. I was 2 miles in when she decided that she was tired so I had to pick her up and carry her for the last mile and some change. Let me tell you, carrying an 11lb dog while walking when you're not used to it will raise your heart rate to the same zone as jogging AND you get a great arm workout. XD
