Going with the flow

I've been trying to write Empty Houses. Really, I have. And it hasn't been going well. I like what I've written, but each sentence has to be pulled from me. I'm writing less than half of what I was doing during sprints in November. In short, it isn't working.

To be frank, it's pissing me off. I love this plot. I love my main character, and I have

I promise I still read your blog; but I am a lazy commenter. As usual, I started my blog and haven't written in it for almost a month. It's what I do. I can't stay committed to one thing for more than a couple of months before I drift. My lack of self discipline concerns me sometimes....

Anyway, I caught up on all the posts I missed out on and the one about your grandpa was really well written and really touched me. I honestly almost cried. To know you're going through those thoughts and to know that all this has happened to you in a such a short amount of time kills me. I can't be with you during these times and it breaks my heart.

I hope all goes well with your novels and that they all fall into place for you. They usually do because you are so incredibly talented. ☺
