I found this on my facebook wall just now, and I love this picture so much that I have to share it everywhere I can. It makes me so proud to live in an amazing city like this. In a city so multicultural, with people from so many different backgrounds, religions, sexual orientation and whatnot. Of course there are problems like everywhere else. But ( Read more... )

oh believe me, i know the "not having enough money to travel" part. If i had money i would have been in the states by now ;) if you ever get some money some how, Berlin is always worth a visit!

love love Berlin... my home town.. I was born in Spandau and grew up in Charlottenburg.. and lived in Kreuzberg before I moved to the States... miss it at times... I love it here now,but Berlin will always have my heart.. thank you for taking me home with these pictures. Small world sometimes. :)

oooooh Kreuzberg was my first Kiez-Love :) I still love it like crazy. Kreuzberg 61 that is :) Now I live in Alt-Treptow. May I ask you why you moved to the states and where to? I am still considering that as a possible thing at some point in the future. Even if it's just for a couple of years or so. Is it very different? Berlin is so open minded, diverse, and I dont know, easy going. I can't imagine any other place really being like that. Was it hard for you to emigrate to the states? Sorry for all the questions, but i am really interested in anything you could share with me :)

I would love to visit Berlin one day. I've never seen any of Germany. I love European cities, I've seen Barcelona, Prague and Salzburg.

I love that you have so much love for your city! ♥

If you ever do come here just let me know :) European cities are beautiful, yes. I have been to Barcelona, Prague and Salzburg, too. All beautiful cities indeed. And nice icon btw. It's a while since I have been in London, i think it was in 1997. Oh gosh, I can't believe it has been that long ago. Hehe.
