Yeah... we are forgetting that April still does not have a job and the longer it takes the more worried I get...

Someone needs to start dropping hints. I am starting to doubt his confidence in me.

And I know that he told me you were one of his top decisions right now. He's just going to wait a little bit longer. Be patient. Remeber, its not about your position, its about the people that matter. In this case the kids. You, Me, we'll be happy wherever we are in camp. Don't think of not getting the job you want as being lower, think of it has having a new opportunity.

You're right, of course... it is about the kids and who is the best for them. I just want to be that person. I will be crushed if I am not CIT director even if I get another opportunity that is just as good for camp. I just feel like I didn't do the job I should have last year and I want to do so much more.......

I'm going to disagree with everyone and hope they fire you outright. I mean, current sexual offender laws require you to inform both A) your neighbors and B) you employer of any past offenses, especially if children are present in the workplace. I find it apalling that a Christian organization like Camp Cosby would hire someone with your record.
