Ummmm what you NEED to do is come to bandstand on Friday nite. It's gona be so awesome and Erica will be there and she's ENGAGED!!! It's mine, Katie, Ruby, and Lucy K's last rush. I want you to come so much!

Stefanie, in the end everything works out the way it is supposed to. If you really wanted to go out with your friends from work you would've; however, instead you came up with an excuse to stay home. I can understand your frustration about life at the moment but you have to just sit down with yourself and figure it out. I know how difficult that is and what a daunting task it seems like, but in the end giving up a few weeks now for eternal happiness isn't really asking too much of yourself. You are a very intelligent person and I know you will succeed in whatever you choose to do so just sit down figure out what you want (or maybe set a smaller goal like I'm going to research nursing schools and if I don't like it then I'll research grad schools) and then proceed from there. Lean on those you love for support and don't try to do it all by yourself beause you're just going to get stressed out more and more...

Take it from a guy who knows everything about feeling out of place at all times - you need to just go with how you're feeling at that moment. If you're feeling homesick or if you're out of money to go out with because you need to find another job then stay home. Your friends are just that, your friends, even though that's one night of fun you missed doesn't mean there won't be more. Life is an adventure and even if some of the days aren't as interesting as others we still live to see another day of the journey. Sometimes we need things and people to turn to and make our decision making seem more logical but of all the times I've popped in and out of the scene you've always seem to know what was right for you at that given moment. Just remember that there's no such thing as a bad decision if it's a decision that you thought about and you feel strongly about.
