Soo ya, Tj's paperwork is with whoever drops the amount of bail...soo they can do it at anytime. He thinks sometime this week, they do bail drops on Tuesdays and Fridays...soo we are guessing probably fri. If it drops...it will most likely be $500 or lower, soo I will be bailing him out most likely. He got on the phone with my mom like a week or 2

if out on bail, the people still have to make visits to him, and he has to list his place he will be staying... if he isn't allowed around you or evan, he can't list that apartment, especially since the manager will call the cops if he comes back. he can't have bail without a place to live. gotta check into that... everyone i know was not allowed out on bail without a residence. he will have to have proof that someone is gonna let him stay there, so whoever says he can live there has to come up and say they will be letting him live there, and they will be liable for anything wrong he does and shit. they might change their minds if he really doesn't change and send him right back so they don't get into shit cus of him

Ya I know, thatz why he asked mom and she practically said yes. But also I said if children youth starts shit on it, I will get his dad to name his place til he finds somewhere. He was never gonna list this apt, he can't come back here period I think. I dunno if the manager would even consider it even after everything is settled.
