OK, I've had enough

...go away winter!!

I know that Chicago gets extreme temperature fluctuations, like the one we had last night. But goddam, it's May 27th and the low for tonight is 30-something? Fuck that, I don't need any more cold spells until next season. I, for one, needed a heavy jacket this morning because I was that cold.

Let there be warmth soon, please,

you wanna know how extreme it was? on the way back from yae's, we had the windows down in john's car. in less than a second, the wind went from warmly refreshing to utterly cold. we literally just looked at each other and said, "Did it really just suddenly get cold?" then we promptly rolled up the windows.

back home, I see my little weather watcher icon flashing an alert for, get this... a PNEUMONIA FRONT. WTF??

Okay. I'm going to sound like those crotchety old people I used to look down on when I was younger because they were always going on and on about how cold it was; but dammit, I've been feeling awfully cold lately.

It's probably something simple like my metabolism slowing down or something, but that's not good because it means I can't eat like a horse and still not gain weight.

I'm going to miss my youthful days. ;_;

P.S. How ya been, man? I totally miss living in Chicago, hanging out, playing DDR, eating good food. I had to smile when I read that you're working at Target these days 'cuz I remember what it was like working retail in college. :D

I'm still doing good, aside from a toothache. Thanks for reading up my posts, even though I don't post so often. How about you? I know you've been busy, but if you can, post an update of your recent happenings! I know I wouldn't be the only one interested to hear about it!
