Aw Sylvie. It sucks that you feeling so cruddy near Christmas time! I am so sorry about your friend who's having chemo, it is so hard to see them like that! I know what you mean when you say that she is a great person and shouldn't be having such problems. There is a woman my mom knows and she has bone cancer. She's constantly breaking something or other, but she never complains and is never not happy to see you. And I'm sitting there thinking, 'why should such a nice person be plagued with this crap while people who do horrible things to others walk away super healthy?' It's not fair by any means

What other people think really shouldn't matter. Sucks that your parents are basically judging you/still calling the shots, even though you've proved to be an independent woman.
