Sometimes Jaejoong ponder over his decision. Is it the right thing to be in a serious relationship with Yunho despite their obvious differences in everything? He used to believe that all of those things don’t matter as long as they love each other. However, after six months of dating, he realizes that they don’t only differ in view and preferences but basically their whole life clashes. And Jaejoong is starting to get worried about it. He knows that he love Yunho and would never leave the man but he’s not sure about Yunho. What if Yunho decided that they are definitely not meant for each other and he is sick of the constant bickering between them? What if Yunho decided to end everything between them? Jaejoong cringe at the thought of Yunho leaving him.
Before, Jaejoong thought that everything will be fine and they can still work with their relationship but now he admits that he is feeling insecure about it. It still doesn’t help that they had been living together since a few months ago because Jaejoong found more and more dissimilarity between them.
They hardly get to spend time with each other due to their work schedules. Yunho will run his advertising company during the day while Jaejoong work as a bartender at a nightclub own by his friend during the night. So, Jaejoong will usually wake up alone on bed because Yunho will leave early to his office and when Yunho got home around six, they will have a short dinner together before Jaejoong leave for his work and come home to a sleeping Yunho.
They’ve been bickering a lot lately. Usually over small things like when Jaejoong want to watch Park Yoochun’s new drama but Yunho want to watch news.
When Jaejoong want to wear a button down and his favorite black skinny to work but Yunho shook his head in utter dislike at the choice of clothing and throw out a turtle neck sweater and one of Jaejoong’s not-ass clad jeans instead and he personally put them on his boyfriend.
When Jaejoong had a sudden urge to eat at the new Italian restaurant down the block but Yunho prefer to eat Jaejoong’s kimchi jigae at home.
When Jaejoong want to watch the new romantic-comedy movie at cinema with his lover but Yunho have an unexpected urgent meeting.
When Jaejoong want Yunho to escort him to a party so that he can show-off his handsome boyfriend to his friends but Yunho blatantly refused because he hates party.
When Jaejoong forgot to put a book that he had took from one of Yunho’s collection, back to its shelves that Yunho had organized according to the title, thickness, and author.
When Jaejoong want a baby blue with pink heart-pattern bed sheet but Yunho want dark red with black swirl pattern.
When Jaejoong point out that Yunho is flirting with his female clients but Yunho deny it, saying that he was just being nice to them for the sake of their business deal.
In the end, Jaejoong find himself compliant to Yunho’s every word.
“Jae-babe?”
“Huh?”
Yunho’s voice wakes him up from his deep trance. He turns his head at Yunho and saw the said man smiling sweetly at him.
“Did you fall asleep?’
Jaejoong smile back. “Yeah, I guess.” He lied.
Chuckling, Yunho take the popcorn box from Jaejoong’s hand. The popcorn was left untouched. “I can’t believe you fall asleep all the way through the movie.”
Jaejoong blink his eyes before finally realizing that the dark room is brightly lit now and the enormous screen in front of them is showing the credits. “Sorry~” The raven whimper in apology.
When Yunho flash his million dollar smile and caress Jaejoong’s cheek with unmistakable affection in his eyes, Jaejoong knew he’s forgiven. Without saying another word, Yunho hold out his hand which the raven immediately took and they walk out of the room, hand in hand.
“Where do you want to go next?” Yunho asked as soon as they leave the cinema.
They are out on one of their rare date where Yunho is finally free from any office work on the weekend and Jaejoong plan to make good use of their time together. “Mmm, eat~” He cooed cutely with a tilt of his head to add on the naiveness which he know work all the time on Yunho. It proves when Yunho’s arm sneaked around his waist to pull him closer into his warmth and the brunette nodded.
“Anything you want, babe.”
“Pasta?’
Yunho’s lips twitch in disapproval. “How about samgyupsal?”
“Sure.” Jaejoong quickly chirped.
They walk along the corridor of the road looking for a restaurant when Yunho suddenly stop and tug at Jaejoong’s cashmere sweater in excitement.

“Relax, babe. I don’t believe in these things. Let’s just try it for fun, kay?”
Jaejoong is definitely not pleased with the idea. Eventhough Yunho said he doesn’t believe it but if the fortune teller told him that they shouldn’t be together or their relationship will never work out and it is better to be with someone else, Yunho might take the words into consideration and leave him in the end. It scare the shit out of Jaejoong but with Yunho’s eyes staring at him, twinkling in hope, Jaejoong find himself doing what he always do; comply with Yunho’s request. So, he let Yunho drag him into the small shop.
The first thing that cross Jaejoong’s mind when they enter the shop was the place is totally different from his imagination or from what he saw on TV. No crystal ball, weird bottles filled with human parts, black crows croaking nor white smoke for horror effect. In fact, the room look as normal as any other shop. The wall painted in bright blue and green with minor decoration of what seems like family pictures hanging on the wall and shelves fill with collection of plush toys and books. The room is brightly lit, not dark and scary like what he was expecting. At the corner of the room was an old lady sitting behind a big table, even she looks like a normal ahjumma with her curly black hair and kind smile plaster on his face.
“Annyeohaseyo.” Yunho greeted with a slight bow at the old lady and Jaejoong follow suit.
The lady smile at them, gesturing for the two of them to sit on the chair opposite her. As soon as they properly seated, the lady handed them a piece of form each and ask them to fill it.
Jaejoong’s brows scrunched as he scans the paper on the table in front of him. His worry must have shown on his face because Yunho grab for his hand and rub soothing circles on his palm to ease him. Jaejoong smile at Yunho for his effort.
“Are you two together?” The lady asks while the pair is preoccupied in writing. She just smiles when Yunho nodded without tearing his focus away from the form in his hand.
Jaejoong felt a little bit relaxed at her knowing smile. At least she’s not homophobic, Jaejoong thought.
They handed back the papers together to the lady. She spares a glance at the paper and quickly blurted, “This is a slightly stubborn fortune.”
“Who?” They asked in unison.
“Yunho-shii.”
Jaejoong slightly smirk at that and look at Yunho who have a serious expression on his face as he stares at the lady.
“Me?”
“Yes. Also you are highly capable of adapting well to different environments and have high leadership qualities. And this reading shows that you are the type that keeps on going to realize your dream until the end.”

The lady looks at the paper once again before nodding. “In terms of money fortune, you will always be blessed. You will make a lot of money this year. But not just money, you will also gain fame this year. So in your twenties you will succeed in all your dream and goals.”
“Assa!” The brunette enthusiastically cheer, feeling proud of himself. He turns to look at his boyfriend who is smiling in disdain at him. He pecks Jaejoong on the cheek and wiggles his eyebrows mischievously. “Just trust me, babe.”
“However, this type of fortune shows that you need to meet the right partner to succeed and be prosperous. It means your fortune is strongly tied to the partner of your life.”
Yunho’s smile dies.

When he come home to a sleeping Yunho on the couch, waiting for him to go to bed together. When Yunho allow him to work at the nightclub though he can afford both of them by himself because he knows Jaejoong like the job.
When Yunho canceled an important meeting just so they can spend their time together on Jaejoong’s birthday.
When Yunho buy him DVD of the whole episodes of Park Yoochun’s drama and they spend the whole day, cuddling on sofa watching it though it’s more like Jaejoong the only one watching it because Yunho keep falling off to sleep.
When Yunho hold up a surprise party to celebrate their 200th day anniversary and he even invite all of Jaejoong’s friends so that Jaejoong can flaunt off his handsome boyfriend to them.
When Yunho spare a special shelf on his enormous book rack for Jaejoong to put the book that he had read and Yunho will organize it back to its place when he have free time.
When Yunho hold him up every time he fall from tripping over his own feet. When Yunho protect him from his perverted customers who doesn’t know the differences between a bartender and a stripper.

Sitting next to each other at one of the table in the restaurant, Jaejoong notice the chopstick in his hand, he was probably about to take a piece of the grilled meat when he falls into his thought.
“I love you.” The brunette said earnestly, tightening the hold of his hand as if ensuring Jaejoong of his word. “I love you so much and I will never leave you. You know that, right?”
Jaejoong beam a sweet smile at his boyfriend. Palming Yunho’s small face, he stares deep into Yunho’s eyes. “I know. I love you too~” He lean closer and capture Yunho’s lips in a chaste kiss. Pouring all of his feeling into the kiss, knowing that Yunho will accept it.

Jaejoong keep nodding his head as he diligently listen to the lady, admitting her words.

If he quickly agree something with you, he is not sincere about it, he just want to get on your good side because he want to make you happy being with him. Yunho sneak his arm around Jaejoong’s small waist in loving manner and pull him closer to his body before nodding to the lady. “Yes, I understand.”
Jaejoong slowly lift his head up only to meet with Yunho’s almond orbs staring back at him, not with anger like he think but with guilt and concern. He felt Yunho tighten his hold around his waist and the brunette smiles at him as he mouthed, “Don’t do that again.”
Jaejoong nodded before leaning into Yunho’s embrace. “I promise.” He mutter against Yunho’s chest.
As if not caring at the sappy drama in front of her, the lady clears her throat and continues. “He’s the type that won’t meet a man that he hates. This reading tells that he will not fall for him even if he tries 100 times.”
“Ooh, that’s true!” Jaejoong exclaim.

“Did not~”
“Yes you did and you’re doing it now.” Yunho pinch the raven’s cheek and peck him on his nose bridge, chuckling as Jaejoong glare at him.
Even the lady is smiling at their lover’s quarrel but she manages to compose herself. “Eventhough Jaejoong-shii is older, Yunho-shii is the dominant one in the relationship. Do you nag a lot?”
“No.”
“Yes, he does. Jae don’t wear this, Jae don’t wear that, Jae don’t do this, Jae don’t do that.” Jaejoong starts to whine in annoying tone at an attempt to imitate Yunho’s nagging. Fortunately Yunho manage to shut him up by covering his mouth with his palm, playfully threatening the smaller guy with his fist on Jaejoong’s face.
“Yunho-shii’s reading shows that he is very possessive over things that belong to him. He could be over-protective sometimes and he nags when he feels worried about you. Therefore, you need to accept it and just listen to him because he did it out of love.”
Yunho blush when Jaejoong giggle and he can feel Jaejoong kissing his palm that has been covering the latter’s mouth. So if Yunho-shii do not call or pick up his calls, you can say that Jaejoong-shii will get hurt. Jaejoong glance at his boyfriend and smile at the concern look on Yunho’s face, probably feeling guilty for he did ignore his calls many time. Usually he will give the ‘I’m in a conference’ excuse or ‘I’m meeting a client right now’ excuse. Jaejoong place his hand on Yunho’s thigh and caress him softly as if saying that it’s okay.

I know just by looking at the way you to look at each other, you can’t live without one of you. Listen young man, sometimes even if two people are completely opposite of each other they can still live happily. And sometimes when they are too similar, they might quarrel all the time.” She took Jaejoong’s hand into her warm hold and smile kindly at him. “So you need to stop worrying that he’s going to leave you because he never will. He loves you too much to do so.”
He had been thinking a lot about the differences between them that he had flip off the sweet time that they have together. Like when he wakes up alone in the morning with Yunho’s taste lingering on his lips and the smell of fresh-made breakfast that Yunho had make for him before he leave for work.
When Yunho come home from work with flowers for him.
When Yunho drove him to his work place, kissing him before he get off the car, making sure he safely enter the club before driving away. When he come home to a sleeping Yunho on the couch, waiting for him to go to bed together. When Yunho allow him to work at the nightclub though he can afford both of them by himself because he knows Jaejoong like the job.
When Yunho canceled an important meeting just so they can spend their time together on Jaejoong’s birthday.
When Yunho buy him DVD of the whole episodes of Park Yoochun’s drama and they spend the whole day, cuddling on sofa watching it though it’s more like Jaejoong the only one watching it because Yunho keep falling off to sleep.
When Yunho hold up a surprise party to celebrate their 200th day anniversary and he even invite all of Jaejoong’s friends so that Jaejoong can flaunt off his handsome boyfriend to them.
When Yunho spare a special shelf on his enormous book rack for Jaejoong to put the book that he had read and Yunho will organize it back to its place when he have free time.
When Yunho hold him up every time he fall from tripping over his own feet. When Yunho protect him from his perverted customers who doesn’t know the differences between a bartender and a stripper.
When Yunho kiss him and cook for him if he is sick. When Yunho easily forgive him everytime he do something wrong.
When Yunho stay by his side and dried his tears when his family disowned him after Jaejoong break the news of their relationship to his father.
He was wrong all along. Yunho will never leave him. He is finally sure about it and nothing else can change his mind.
“Hey, babe.”
The feel of Yunho’s warm hand against his, wake him up from his deep thought. “Yeah Yun?” Jaejoong finally become conscious of the fact that they both haven’t said anything since they left the fortune telling shop. Sitting next to each other at one of the table in the restaurant, Jaejoong notice the chopstick in his hand, he was probably about to take a piece of the grilled meat when he falls into his thought.
“I love you.” The brunette said earnestly, tightening the hold of his hand as if ensuring Jaejoong of his word. “I love you so much and I will never leave you. You know that, right?”
Jaejoong beam a sweet smile at his boyfriend. Palming Yunho’s small face, he stares deep into Yunho’s eyes. “I know. I love you too~” He lean closer and capture Yunho’s lips in a chaste kiss. Pouring all of his feeling into the kiss, knowing that Yunho will accept it.
