Dilemma.

It's a normal situation in the workforce I guess.

The current post is, well not to say very cushy, but at least you're getting used to it. The colleagues around you are generally nice ppl, interesting and fun to get along with. You actually have friends around. More importantly, your boss and your boss's boss are nice, reasonable

*hugs* there are times you have to leave that comfy nest to get somewhere, be more confident of yourself. Dont build a negative preconception of your new dept, new bosses and new colleagues, go with an open mind and treat everyone with sincerity, I'm sure they will accept and like you in no time!
