Annoyed with the Seattle Alliance Game

Sure, it's just a game. I know people will say that, but honestly it was more than that. I was a game I worked for a long time one and wrote some pretty awesome and original plot for. People who say it's just a game have no clue what they're talking about. Any time you've invested time, creativity and energy into something, especially something involving other people, it has meaning and significance, and you get emotionally invested in it. There's nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, it also means you take some risks of being disappointed and hurt. *hugs*

Honestly from what I hear it hasnt been anything more than "ok" for some time so they may just be digging up your old stuff to try and go back to the day's of good. But when you make/run a game its not just a "game" anymore, its a creation. :)

Had a conversation recently with someone about something completely different, but the end of the discussion would fit this;

It is like watching an ex. You know that the two of you are through and you are seeing them do something stupid (or seeing the totally wrong kind of person), but you cannot and should not get involved. You know in your heart you cared about that person when you were together, but you realize that no matter what, you need to step away and let them have their life. No matter how much you know it should not be.
