Hee hee. Well, you could send it to me anyway -- maybe I could figure out some way to adapt it veggie-style (though I suspect there's no real substitute for a saucy, nicely browned, proteiny chunk of innocent birdflesh. Alas the day).
Do you have any specific types of pretend chicken to recommend? I find that commercial fake meats are a crapshoot -- I like Tofurkey for sandwich meat, but I've tried the Yves' fake chicken chunks and they are revolting. Revolting!
