Details are finally starting to fall into place and I am starting to panic less.  I got confirmation this morning that I will be able to pick up keys to the new place on Friday, so we have all weekend to move.  YAY and BIG sigh of relief - no homeless kitties!  We were very afraid we would not be able to get into the new place until Monday, leaving

I'll need to double check, but I'm pretty sure that Nick is opening Saturday. If so, we should be able to lend a hand after 4, give or take.

This message is reaching you after the move, of course, but I can understand why you'd be worried about the cat. There are boxes that never ever get unpacked after a move, and there also are boxes that stay unopened for a week or more after the move, to find the one with the cat and then repack everything.
Here's hoping that all the family members arrived in good health and that you enjoy your new home more than your recent home.
