Hah, I enjoyed that rant. I enjoyed it a lot. Also, it is mentioned what happened to Yuan in a novel and in the drama CD. Yuan stays behind to take care of ze tree. He didn't go with Kratos.

Ah, okay, I may have to put in an edit or something, then...on the one hand, fooey, but on the other hand, it's kinda sweet and tragically romantic for him to stay near Martel like that...(don't hurt me, I'm a multi-shipper...)

I sometimes ship Yuan/Martel too. But... keep in mind that lady Martel of the tree is not the same as the Martel he once proposed to. Plus, I doubt he'd want to get too close to a spirit who looks an awful lot like his dead fiancée, but is not. Hmm... Poor Yuan is destined to live all alone until he dies... V_V

Oh, and Yuan knows she's not the same, but at the same time, Martel *is* in there somewhere, as a part of the spirit. And when we consider that this is the man who created a whole secret organization dedicated to fulfilling her ideals and at the same time rescuing her from Mithos and eternal undeath...well, personally, I think it's safe to say that he's still a little attached.
And he is not destined to be alone forever. Raine's still in the world, as is Zelos unless he actually did die, not to mention both Lloyd and Colette...he's got plenty of options. Just cause Martel's part of a spirit and Botta's dead and Kratos is gone doesn't mean he can't find someone else. (Although he might be rather reluctant, everyone keeps leaving him behind...)

Alright. Now to serious business.
Just to start off, what I first thought when I saw that you actually posted it - meaning before reading it - :
All the pairings you are defending are, as you said, the top, the MOST POPULAR. I would love it, as I mentioned, if someone explains to me about them, but defend? Are the pairing wars between the 3 top Kura fandoms that insane? I’ve heard of the Kranna VS Kraine, but these going banshee over it are most likely not smrt enough to read what you typed anyway (and I seriously doubt you have noobs on your f-list), but otherwise…
I suppose I find the need to treasure and defend ZK because it’s so UNHEARD of, and thus so er, fragile and easily brushed aside that I have this NEED to do more about it. But the top 3? The fandoms are all VERY solid, and its supporters beyond count. Defending these is almost the same as saying “hey, there are poor people, but let’s give more money to the rich instead!” And ( ... )

Aaaah. kk. Haha. Kids like trashing stuff around, and I have a friend who really opposes Sheelos. Actually, while you adults I sound like such a brat try to justify how everything can work, us kids are busy trying to explain-in a coherent manner! why it doesn't (to us) and why we hate. It's not that your rant wasn't good. I'm just used to much harsher opponents who are willing to go hard to try to destroy any credibility I have. So my experiences have all been... pressured, let's say, and this is quite relaxed. ^^; No offense ( ... )
