Name a character and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my own personal headcanon.

Go ahead, ask away!

His mother was killed when he was eight.

He was trained in swordsmanship by Kratos five years before the game started, but Kratos never gave him the attention he wanted.

He's bisexual but pretends otherwise because it's against the Church, and the Pope is looking for any reason he can find to discredit the 'Idiot Chosen'.

He grew up the son of a Tethe'allan noble, living on a plantation.

He first saw Yuan as a slave on that plantation when they were both six, but didn't have the chance to befriend him until ten years later.

Unlike Yuan, he retains most of his sense of taste (turns out the effects are a little different for each Seraph), but not his need to eat, so he only eats things he really likes - mostly tuna.

Ooh, tricky.

Zelos sent her off to the abbey for her own safety, to prevent her being used against him or harmed in some way.

She and her brother pretend not to care about one another for about the same reason, but sometimes Seles forgets she's pretending and actually hates her brother.

She's had a crush on Genis since they first met, but would never say anything about it, because he's a half-elf and she's only a quarter; even with her little exposure to the outside world, she knows how half-elves tend to dislike quarter-elves.

Half-elfs dislike quarter-elves?

In my head-canon they do. They're impure, possessing diluted blood. More significantly, they can often pass as full-human, which annoys half-elves who can't.

He grew up protecting three sisters from an emotionally-abusive human father, as their drunken mother was no help at all. As a result, he still feels compelled to protect those he cares about at whatever cost to himself.

He spent about fifty years as a woodcutter, before opportunity came knocking in the form of a Renegade fleeing capture by the Desians.

He wasn't promoted for quite some time even after joining the Renegades, owing to sheer lack of motivation since he had no one but himself to be protecting or taking care of.

That is SO sweet!

'Sweet' says you, 'emotionally damaged' says I. *shrugs* Caring only for others and never for yourself is not a healthy way to go through life.

Cho Hakkai

Hmmm, let's think...don't have a whole lot of headcanon for him.

He and Gojyo have been lovers since a few months after he moved in.

Hakkai hasn't bottomed in that relationship after the first week, when he was getting to know how it was done.

He loves his friends, but wishes sometimes that they'd leave him alone a little...until he actually gets left alone and realizes how silent the world is without the other three.
