I know I shouldn't be bothering you with inane and stupid and pointless stuff when so many bad things are happening in the world right now (and Padma, I am sorry to hear about Sunil and sorry I haven't said anything before about it. I hope he'll be okay?), but it's just too weird and strange and I don't know what to think and much as I'm loath to admit it, I actually need a second or third opinion on this one.
I got...this letter. And it's like a love letter, except it's not. It's really, really strange and almost sounds like a secret code and while I don't recognise the handwriting, it almost sounds like something Perks would send or find funny. Like...here, I'll post it in.

Do you think it's from someone like Malfoy trying to play a mean spirited trick? After those lines I sent him a while back, which, er...you didn't see, but were about as mocking as I could make a punishment of 2000 lines. Ériko almost sounds like a bastardised form of Draco, doesn't it?
I just don't know what to do about this. Should I reply or just ignore it? What if it isn't a trick and it is her and no, I can't allow myself to get my hopes up like that.
Oh, and Bon Anniversaire, Su. I'm sending you something through Owl post as soon as I can convince my sister to let me borrow Hugo again. She's being difficult. Won't mention that I actually nearly forgot amongst everything else, that wouldn't be very good.
