I feel like such a stranger to LiveJournal now. I am on here so sporadically, and I can't stand it. I never thought the day would come. LOL! I still have my cast on. I have to go to the doc tomorrow, so hopefully I can get out of it tomorrow. My crutches are absolutely killing me! I am so broke now. I think I have like $2 dollars in my bank

Yep! I have a daughter. She will be six years old as of October 29th. I don't talk about that situation that much, because it is one of the extremely extremely rare and sensitive thing to me. That whole situation is screwed up. It's really personal for me. I miss my daughter. *sigh* That is, perhaps, a story for another time though.

the Texas attorney's general office is a pain in the arse.
they talk about gettting deadbeat dads, but they only get the ones they don't have to track down and the one's who are trying to become productive citizens. the lazy @#$%#^&$!!!
my friends ex husband has never paid anything but yet they can't find him,even though she has told them where he is at.
he runs and she finds him somehow like three time so go figure..
that is strange that your money is being cashed in San Antonio
as the Attorneys Office is in Austin
yeah they garnished my wages for ADFC when I didn't pay for child support but the ex claimed two children to my name,but did they go after her for fraud ??

when I get some time I will tell you that story..
I did pay later which I did not mind.
I was in the process of getting custody when I didn't pay..

That is so true. I'm sorry that you're friend has been ripped of so badly. As for me, I've paid child support ever since my daughter was born. It wasn't actually court ordered child support until the beginning of this year. Karlee, my daughter, be six this year. I normally don't talk about this situation that much. This one is just way too sensitive for me. I couldn't help it this time. I just really needed to vent for a brief moment.

First off--you do NOT suck. Dont say that again! *pokes you*
Secondly--Im really sorry about that mess going on with the child support stuffins. =( Since Ive never had to deal with something like that Im really blank on what to say. =\ I just hope everything gets cleared up and you dont have to worry about it anymore.
Just remember..Texas may suck, but not everyone IN Texas sucks. ;) hehe
