My sister and I have been sharing music interests--I got her into The Decemberists, go me--and she recommended P!atD. Some of their songs I don't care for, but I've found about three I love. I have gotten the vague impression in my years online that people consider them some combination of emo, overrated, and pretentious, but...I like the songs.
