i have been on the french-swiss border since tuesday and sick for almost every day since then (first food poisoning and then a cold). it is a bummer, but it was nice to just hang with daniel and let time time sort of wash past us instead of trying to travel to every famous city near cern ( Read more... )

After you graduate and start thinking about getting a masters degree (if you do think you might get a masters) you will very much appreciate the work you put into keeping your grades up. I'm kinda anxious about my W and NP grades I accumulated my last year at UCSC, but won't know how bad the situation is till I apply to a few schools and see if I get in (which won't be for awhile). Might be a non-issue, but it'd be nice to not have to think about it regardless.

That's true. Before I was bummed about putting a lot of work into my courses and receiving mostly B+s and an A-. I don't know if that is much to really worry about, it's just me being dramatic.

B+'s don't count as bad grades no matter how you dice it, yo. B is above average, heh.
