Thanks! I found these ones were close enough to be usable:
А В С Е Ғ Ԍ Н Ӏ Ј Κ М Ν О Р Ѕ Т Ѵ Χ Ү Ζ

But I didn't find anything really close to D, L, Q, R, U, or W.

Something like that? :) For me these wont go lowercase when used in LJ interests at least, should work with the tags too :)

I tried XML (that's what to call them, right?) but unfortunately it didn't translate. :( It's weird because it does work in interests.

Hmm, strange :// I have no idea what could work then? Maybe you should ask someone who has capital letters in their tags? If you can find someone - I've never seen someone do that o.O

This journal's tags has the most capital letters I've seen, but still comparatively only a few of the tags have them so I'm assuming she has them from simple copy&paste rather than some trick.

I tried to copy&paste individual letters from those tags into mine, and strangely some but not all of them worked.

Lol I do that too! Even though this place rarely gets updated, I've found it an invaluable source for all those fun lil symbols.

Which is actually the purpose of my visit now, I just had to "this" your statement XD
