I do need to work on proper subtitles. My voice level and "Southern" accent doesn't always seem to be understood by the auto-subtitle generators. Heh heh heh
To be honest, I am doing this mostly for social and speech therapy for myself. Seems odd, but it is what I decided to do.
I can well relate to what you talk about, though I chosed a different way to keep me active. All this treadmill and workout devices worked for a while and worked pretty well when I watched TV while working out. Actually now it is next to me dealing to hang some clothes over it ... I am going out doing photos. Walking or bicycling. A gym never worked for me - I don't feel well "showing my body". That's why I not go swimming, too. Bicycling is hard, too, but I can easier ignore "the looks" --- To the video quality: Your voice sounds calm and clear and even is easily understood by a foreigner (me :) ) who is not very confident in english. I hope you carry on with this vlog - it is good to know I am not alone with my issues xD
Some of my words do go "Southern slurry" at times. I cannot help that, being hearing impaired. It is one of the reasons I am doing this, to hear my words that I need to work on. :)
