Name: Minako Arisato ♦ 有里 皆子
Fandom: P3P
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Time Period: Post P3P
Wing Color: Light Pink
History: Almost identical to Minato's, but with her share of differences.

She will also be Minato's younger twin sister, from an alternate P3 universe where she lived instead of him after the accident. Consented by Griff, Minato's player. On another note, she is not romantically involved with any possible male S.E.E.S. links - maybe a light and suppressed crush on Shinjiro, and as for Ryoji, it'll be discussed OOCly with the mun in the near future, if this application is adequate.

Personality: Minako Arisato is a protagonist of the Persona series under the Shin Megami Tensei franchise by Atlus. That automatically places her on a Mary Sue level, along with her male protagonist peers.

Still, what really makes her stand out next to the likes of Souji and Minato would be her seemingly massive and endless supply of energy. Energetic and outgoing, she's a girl who enjoys everything that life has to offer and not the least bit shy about going out of her way to try out new things. While the boys felt as if they're doing things just because it's there and convenient, she truly gets engrossed in the activity and puts her heart and soul in it so that the results turn out well - for her sake, just as much as her friends'. The prime examples would be the little trinkets that she puts down true effort to make during Sewing club, as well as the sweets that she carefully cooks up in the cooking club. These results aren't the only thing that matters to her too, because often, experiencing the means can be even more fun. Making her friends smile when she gifts those things away is just a really good bonus. She also gets very hyped for trips, such as Yakushima and Kyoto. A good number of her social links all involve friends from school that she would know through extracurricular activities/clubs, reflecting that she gets exceptionally well with people around her age who shares her wide array of interests, and enjoys hanging out with them to have a good time. She can also be a tease and a mischievous sense of humor, such as turning out the lights when Yuko became terrified of ghost stories, during the sports trip to Inaba. She's also prone to openly tease her friends, especially the male ones, such as Junpei and Akihiko.

Which is what makes her daring, and unafraid to take initiatives in order to reach her goals. More often than not, in order to get romantically involved with her S. Links, she must make the first move and pursue the boy. This is true for both Ken and Akihiko; she has to encourage them and lead them on before they actually willingly ask her out. This is even more so for Shinjiro: as some would put it, she more or less jumps him herself after Moon maxes out, under the case that she and Shinji became romantically involved. Even with her friends: unlike Minato, who would passively encourage another so that they can reach their objective at their own pace, Minako is more likely to say it outright a course of action that she would advise her friends to take. For example, she would offer to yell at the people acting strangely around Saori, and also tell Rio she's wrong/right and whether she should apologize or not for the decisions that she makes and the things that she says as the Volleyball team captain. It may very well be that boldness that made her a good leader in Tartarus, the reason that Mitsuru and Akihiko both agreed to put her in charge. She adapts very easily to her surroundings too, so it's a bonus plus, though admittedly, that would also make her seem rash, for she can let her energy and will easily carry her away when she's caught in the heat of the moment. These are also factors that make her far more emotional: she cries when she's sad, capslocks when she's excited, and generally, don't try to hide her emotions at all. If anything, she showcases them because it's who she is, and more often than not, she does manage to get other people to follow her lead and change the atmosphere to her mood. Charismatic and generally cheerful, it's no wonder that she can easily make people around her just as upbeat as she is.

That, however, does tie in with - and cue headcanon - her desire to be liked, and her wish for her company to be needed by other people. She and Minato are very much like opposites; whereas Minato would cope with the loss ten years ago by mostly keeping to himself, Minako would try to reach out and make an impression so that she will be important to others, and in doing so, make it so that she never ends up being alone ever again. The dialogue choices do reflect this: when Minato had blunt and cold choices like "whatever" that would nevertheless speak his mind bluntly and openly, Minako's choices tend to encourage the person that she's talking to, good-naturely tease them, or openly chide them if she doesn't agree, nicely or passionately. She just feels much more involved, though it is likely that she does so to please the other person, or if not, at least show that she cares about what's happening to them, so she becomes much more easily engaged even when it's the life of another. A better example is what she does with the sweets and trinkets that she makes from the Sewing and Cooking club: instead of indulging herself, she saves all these little things so that she can give them away to her friends when they hang out together during day-offs. That is why she would tend to appear shallow and superficial at times; even if she truly means it, she does have an ulterior motive to be generous and helpful, and it can be considered selfish, despite the fact that it's not a bad reason.

Still, what goes around comes around: she radiates energy and cheerfulness and spreads happiness around to the people who are close to her, so that they in turn are cheerful and it reflects back onto her. That's easily explained: a smile can't be bought, and for someone who's already of cheery dispositions, the one thing that can make her happier is to see someone else happy too. Proven by when Shinji finally agreed to cook for everyone: if Minako didn't encourage him to do it for everyone, it's quite possible that he never would have done so out of his free volition.

Strengths: Energetic and outgoing since birth, she would be the extroverted and active one of the Arisato twins. Of warm and welcoming demeanor, she's easy to approach and gives off a friendly air, and lives up to her image by being just as eager to reach out and speak to others. Flexible about the needs and moods of others, she knows how to say things that other people would want to hear, and that makes her easy to talk to and of pleasant company.

She is also outspoken and firm about her beliefs, making constructive use of her energy by taking it to convincingly voice her point of view and further her goals. It is because she is capable of speaking for herself, not shy of the public, and unafraid of opposing ideals, that made her a good candidate for the School Council in the FeMC story. That and combined with her notable charisma, if she wants something, she knows how to get it. Her romantic links are example enough, and even then some - fandom jokes about her being a minx, with good reasons.

Minako is also an excellent cook, having spent a good chunk of the year in the cooking club to hang out with Fuuka and improve her own skills. She might not be on Shinjiro's level, but she is her own class, making sweets that all her friends comment on being very good, and cooking omelets for Ken-kun, which the boy really liked.

Weaknesses: Her active nature does have its drawbacks. As opposed to her brother who can calmly think things through on the spot and make quick and important decisions even under pressure, Minako is more likely to get carried away if there is too much that is happening. If Minato learned to open up more and love the world in his story, Minako learned how to be responsible and stand up to shoulder her obligations in hers. She's done a good enough job to lead the S.E.E.S through Tartarus and has proven her potential when she is in command, but emotionally, she's prone to break down and cry under harsh circumstances (October 4th, after Shinjiro gets shot), and get VERY hyper when she's overjoyed and excited ("YA-KU-SHI-MA!!~" all in caps, mind you). She is nowhere near as good as be in charge of her own emotions in contrast to her brother, but she's learning, and well, it makes her... her.

Her attention span isn't exactly stellar, either, and since it's not hard for her to get carried away, she can be easily distracted when it's small things. She knows how to focus when it's important, but her enthusiasm and eagerness sometimes make her react rashly, though she's usually pretty good at covering for her slip-ups. Either way, her guard is far from perfect, and when something wholly unexpected crops up, she's not unlike a deer caught in headlights.

She's also guilty of gluttony, to a certain degree. She loves food, and her love of cooking derives from that. If you want to get on her good side, take her out for food. :|b Not that she's THAT easy to bribe, but... Well.
