I feel so weak. My head hurts, I can hardly stand up, and I feel so tired. I'm stuck in bed, because I'm scared to get up and walk around -- and risk falling. I haven't eaten much lately ( all I've had today was a tad bit of teriyaki chicken [microwaveable] and some chips ), since food has been making me sick. I feel as though I've lost a few
