This is just the excuse I need to stay in France.

i would have to agree. aint no way im joining the military...thats a distinct infringement on my freedom if i HAVE to serve 2 years in the military just because they have no plan in the middle east and they need more robots to go out there and pull triggers. i have friends out in iraq that and have no idea when theyre coming back, if they make it out alive. fuck that.

i have plans. our government doesnt. and my plans have nothing to do with theirs. i just hope if the bill does pass, its after november...

well, what do you mean? if it passes after november, and kerry wins the election, he won't sign it. if bush wins the election, there's a good possibility he will.

i have always had a negative desire to go into the military, it's not for me. especially undergoing operations that i don't agree with. i'm seriously not kidding about leaving if something like that gets passed and enacted.

Now, I'm not a lawyer or an expert on the law, but as far as I know, Money Shots don't count as civil disobedience. I guess you could argue its a freedom of expression thing, but my advice would be to express your outrage against this bill with something other then semen.

look. civil disobdience is all about doing something that is considered "wrong" in order to appeal to your higher moral standards, and i'm sorry if mine happen to fall along different lines than yours.
