Hey LJ, what's shakin'?
Since the last I posted I have new job, with an old company - which this go 'round though as a contractor w/o benefits is paying me really good money. They have paid for my expedited passport and sent me to Ireland which was cool (nay, cold!) too bad it was all work and little play save for a few pubs afterhours ( Read more... )

story talked to my other brother (M) who lives with mom and it seems, perhaps in her "maybe I should turn my hearing aids on and what seems to be some short circuits (another story for another day) may have "heard" 'we GOT married' rather than we are 'getting' married.
Regardless, it was upsetting for me - and I so wish my dad was here, not only to talk mom down, but as a meeting/event planner extraordinaire, to help plan the wedding.
