I totally remembering reading some of those when I was younger! Like Booky, and Kit Pearson, and Kenneth Oppel! I think I have all of those on my bookshelf back home actually :) Great choices. And of course, Harry Potter will be with our generation until we die, I think. I read a great article yesterday about the impact of Harry Potter on Generation Y, we love it because it grew up with us and no one else will ever feel the same way. It's quite amazing.

I just realised, those 3 authors you mentioned are Canadian!
& I was proud, I did this on my downstairs computer so I wasn't looking at my bookshelf at the time so I didn't cheat. :)
It's so true about Harry Potter! I feel like when I give it to my kids to read I'll be like 'no you have to wait at least a year between each book!' Haha.
